John Panek Memorial Service

It is with deep sadness that we share with our friends, family, and motorcycle enthusiasts that our dear friend and amazing artist for our event for the past six years, John Panek, has passed away, unexpectedly. We are all grieving this heart-breaking news and ask that you please keep Kathleen and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

John was an artist for over 30 years and worked to preserve and share motorcycle history with the world and everyone he met. John never met a stranger and could always strike up a conversation with anyone. He and Kathleen have supported our cause and Tom’s dream of sharing vintage motorcycling with the world and have become some of our closest friends; at this point, we consider them our family.

We would like for everyone to remember John and please share your stories and memories of John with us. As we get closer to our event, we would like to plan a tribute to John and use your stories and memories to honor his life and legacy in the motorcycling community and his lasting presence here at the Sky Ranch.

There will be a memorial service for John on April 30th at 3:00PM in John and Kathleen’s community of Shinnston at the First United Methodist Church. The First United Methodist Church is at the corner of US Rt 19 (Pike St) and Rebecca Street in Shinnston.
